Thanks to auditomat®, management now has much better insight into audit processes. We see real improvement in the enforcement of corrective actions and the identification of areas for improvement.
Before implementing auditomat®, our audit processes were trapped in silos. Field data was collected on incompatible spreadsheets and then manually transcribed into different systems. We lacked a central, unified view of the company's status. Instead of making strategic decisions, we wasted time verifying whether data from branch A matched data from branch B.

I can see that thanks to the platform some areas look more transparent to us, there’s order in them. We can react to any nonconformities in them immediately, earlier. Without the help of the tool it sometimes took us up to 2 weeks for the nonconformity to appear on the list of things to fix.

We’ve been using this solution since 2022. Thanks to it we’ve been able to shorten the time of audit preparatory and after-audit procedures, as well as the time of audit itself. It’s a complete revolution! Before it was introduced our internal audits absorbed a lot of time of both auditors (preparing a database, printing mark sheets as well as the analysis of the register of corrective and remedial actions) and the supervisors of the audited areas.
The application is so easy to use that it really does save a significant amount of time when performing audits. It is worth mentioning that nearly 150 audits were performed in the first month of using the system.
The average time needed to conduct audits has been reduced by approximately 30–40%. At the same time, we have seen an almost 50% increase in the number of audits performed annually. There has also been a significant improvement in audit preparation, with the time needed for this stage reduced by 50–60%.
The biggest advantage of auditomat® is that auditors can perform audits immediately on site using their phones – non-conformities and related data are recorded automatically. This eliminates the need to create action plans, send photos, and create additional Excel files for supervision.
