SAPA Polska Sp. z o.o.
Angelo Affinita, born into a family of industrialists in southern Italy, transformed his father's handmade hardware business into an industrial powerhouse, SAPA Group. Seeing the potential of mass production, he revolutionized the family workshop, laying the foundation for the patented One-Shot® method and driving the company's growth. Together with his wife, Rosanna Dora De Lucia, Affinita developed SAPA into a leading automotive injection molding group with 13 plants across Europe, employing more than 2,300 people and supplying major automakers around the world.

Challenge
In the automotive industry, where continuous process improvement is key, companies such as SAPA Group face a special challenge - maintaining consistent production quality across multiple European subsidiaries. Despite their geographic dispersion, components must meet the same rigorous standards regardless of where they are manufactured. This necessitates the use of comprehensive quality control and auditing systems. However, manufacturing uniformity is just one of the many challenges that require systematic auditing in this industry segment. The implementation of the auditomat® system has made it possible to effectively monitor and enforce standards in real time. The previous system did not work with the new operating software, and auditomat® made it possible to standardize audit procedures and support managers in their daily duties, ensuring quality service.
